The Parafada opens with aromas of red berries, roses, brushwood and a balsamic note. The taste easily meets the already high expectations. Juicy wild cherry, raspberry, clove, white pepper, grilled herbs, vanilla, minerals and firm but fine-grained tannins, take turns in starring roles. This rich, delicious wine immediately releases its depth. Yet it is best cellared for a while to be able to fully enjoy its complexity.
